If you have private health extras cover, your fund may offer reimbursement for Psychological Services. Rebates vary between health funds, so it is recommended that you contact your fund directly for more information.
Please note that Medicare and private health rebates are not able to be claimed for the same consultation.

Services can be provided for clients who are self or plan managed via NDIS.

If you are able to pay the full fee without a reimbursed rebate then a referral from your GP is not required.
Payment
Full payment is required on the day of your appointment. The clinic has HICAPS facilities meaning that Medicare and private health fund rebates can be processed to your nominated savings or cheque account on the same day of service.
Cancellations
Life as a parent can be busy and sometimes unexpected events occur. However, its important to remember that missed appointments and last minute cancellations may result in another family missing out on the opportunity to access support. If you are unable to attend your appointment, providing 24hours notice (where possible) is always appreciated.
A fee may be charged in some instances where adequate notice is not provided.
NB: Medicare rebates do not apply to missed appointments.
